RESULTS & CASE STUDIES
Results measured in profit, pressure and time returned.
The Business Wingman is beginning with a small number of pilot businesses. Their experience will be documented honestly—including what improved, what became easier and what time the owner got back.
First business currently being selected
The first case study will follow an owner-managed trade business through discovery, the Business MOT, a focused improvement plan and six to eight weeks of implementation.
Baseline measures and the owner's real frustrations.
The systems, decisions and habits introduced.
Measured change, time returned and honest client feedback.
What will be measured?
Useful measures might include enquiry response time, quote conversion, average job value, deposits collected, weekly admin hours, outstanding payments, evenings worked and the owner's confidence or stress score. The numbers matter—but so does making a school run, taking a proper weekend or enjoying time with family without the business constantly interrupting.
