I understand both sides of the table.

I have spent more than twenty years across trade services, sales, surveying, operations and business management. I became a senior manager at a young age, worked across multiple offices to standardise systems and improve performance, and later built and ran my own service businesses.

That means I understand the management theory—but I also understand what it feels like when the phone is ringing, the van needs repairing, customers need answers and tonight's paperwork is still waiting.

I want to help people like me: capable owners who care about their work but do not want to look back and realise the business took every evening, weekend and ordinary family moment. Sometimes success is not another van or a bigger turnover. Sometimes it is being able to have a picnic with your children without the phone running the day.
